Directions 

 From Westport, turn left on Hwy. 42 and then turn right on County Road 10. We are located 7 kms. south of this intersection. As you proceed south you will pass Hutchings Road. Turn left at the next road which is called Creek Crossing Lane. Proceed straight ahead and you will see Deercrest Lane. Loon Lake Bed and Breakfast is #101 on Deercrest Lane.  From Kingston, we are 43 kms. from Division Street and the 401. Proceed north on Division Street. After you pass Bedford Mills, turn right on Creek Crossing Lane. Follow Creek Crossing Lane  until you see Deercrest Lane. Loon Lake B&B is # 101 on Deercrest Lane. Our B&B has blue siding with white trim.

                                            About the Area

Westport is nestled on the shores of Upper Rideau Lake. It is a half hour drive from Kingston and an hour and 15 minutes from Ottawa. There are many unique little shops in the village as well as several restaurants. We are in close proximity to The Rideau and Cataraqui Trails for those who like to hike. We are also on the Rideau Canal waterway. The Rideau Canal was designated as a World Heritage Site in 2007. We are also part of the Frontenac Arch Biosphere Reserve, which is another World Heritage site. We are one of only four areas in the world with dual designations! Another local attraction is Foley Mountain Conservation Area which has hiking trails, interpretive programs and a beach for swimming.

In June, The Chamber of Commerce hosts the Westport Antique Show and Sale – one of the best in Ontario!

In July, there are Canada celebrations at the Lions Club beach - Free fun for the whole family with a spectacular fireworks display at dusk.

In August be sure to visit the Rideau Valley Art Festival in Westport

In May and October there are studio tours to enjoy.
